Eligibility Items must be: unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Window You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Requests after 7 days are not eligible.
Refund Process After we receive & inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
COD Refunds Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI as per customer details.
Refund Timeline Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Damaged/Defective Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, email buybetter0706@gmail.com with photos immediately; we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges We replace only defective or damaged items. For exchanges of the same product, contact support.
Return Shipping Costs Buy Better pays return shipping for defective/incorrect items; customers pay for change‑of‑mind returns.
